Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a residential setting in Worcester, MA. The role features a new pay rate of $34.00 per hour and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Schedule is Mon-Fri with daytime hours and a total of 15 hours per week.

The LPN will care for a small group of individuals (2-5) with independence and safety as priorities, reporting to the Nurse Manager. This position is hourly and on-site.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time LPN experience.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle on site.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents health needs and administer nursing care as assigned.
• Provide medication administration and coordinate with health providers.
• Document progress notes and nursing assessments daily.
• Educate staff on health plans and safety procedures.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
