We understand that we must differentiate ourselves by offering a unique combination of banking, consisting of exceptional customer service and with a twist of great digital banking tools to help our customers manage their basic needs. This is part of our happier banking recipe. Another component is encouraging our bankers to exemplify our values daily.

  • Maintain complete, accurate, well-organized, and audit-ready electronic loan files, including appropriate notes and evidence of follow-up, and coordinate the accurate boarding of closed loans to the core system.
  • Research and resolve trailing-document, critical-document, accounting, quality-control, and other processing exceptions; identify recurring issues and communicate process or control concerns to management.
  • Seerve as a professional point of contact for Bank personnel regarding assigned file status, documentation requirements, processing procedures, and closing readiness, while referring specialized matters for appropriate guidance.
