Position: Residential Graduate Licensed Therapist


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide clinical services to service members diagnosed with a wide range of mental health and substance use disabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity for exposure to service members in their home environment, providing a more authentic and robust therapeutic experience compared to traditional clinical settings.


Requirements:



  • - Graduate-level licensure in Maryland to provide mental health services (e.g., LGPC, LGSW, LGMFT, LGDAC, etc.)

  • - Supervision is provided in-house for graduate-level candidates


Position Details:



  • Full Time, Salaried

  • Location - Odenton, Maryland


Responsibilities:



  • - Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and social casework for residents

  • - Collaborate with the treatment team to diagnose, formulate treatment plans, and evaluate progress

  • - Provide social work treatment in alignment with medical treatment plans

  • - Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and assessments

  • - Ensure regulatory and billing compliance for all services delivered

  • - Assist clients with medication monitoring, meal planning, and Activities of Daily Living

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $66,836 - $74,856 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience

Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).

PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).

Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year

Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.

Health Benefits: Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).

Company-Paid Benefits: Long-Term Disability and Basic Life/AD&D, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
