Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $66,836 - $74,856 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance). PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date). Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year. Health Benefits: Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire.
