Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft closing documents for multiple lenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Organize and review closing packages, confirm vesting details, and prepare CEMA documentation.
• Draft Co-op documents with precision and attention to lender specifications.
• Verify that all “at closing” conditions are communicated and sent to the closing table.
• Coordinate with mobile notaries, providing clear instructions based on lender guidelines.
• Post-closing: review files for accuracy, ensuring all documents are properly executed.
• Maintain and update a tracker of all files sent to closing, confirming their timely return.
• Meet strict deadlines for document preparation and delivery to keep transactions on schedule.
