Qualifications

• 6+ years of residential service experience
• 4+ years running a service van
• Proficient with troubleshooting
• Proficiency with NEC and local codes
• Strong desire to train and develop others
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Work on real residential projects across the Dayton area such as service upgrades, lighting retrofits, standby home generators and other wiring tasks.
• Help train and develop apprentices that will work alongside you.
• Maintain professionalism while positively interacting with customers on-site.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes on all jobs.
