Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of commercial or service experience.
• Comfortable working across the Dayton and Cincinnati footprint.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus—we’ll help you get there if you don’t have it yet.

Responsibilities

• Work on real commercial construction projects across the Dayton and Cincinnati area (conduit, wiring, panels, blueprints).
• Hands‑on trade work alongside experienced journeymen who are invested in your growth.
• Start on meaningful jobs from day one.
