Precision Plumbing & Heating Systems, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Service Technician for residential HVAC with 3+ years of experience. You will maintain and repair a variety of systems, deliver first-class customer service, and support training for apprentices while working in Traverse City area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License or willingness to pursue within 3 months.
• NATE certification or willingness to pursue within 1 year.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems to company standards.
• Assist with training Apprentice Service Technicians.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences during every service visit.

Assist with training Apprentice Service Technicians.
