Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or trade school equivalent.
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant and mechanical systems.
• Basic knowledge of ductwork design and construction.
• Experience in refrigeration pipe fitting and installation.
• Good mechanical skills and neat, professional appearance.
• Strong communication with customers.
• Complete at least 30 hours of continuing education annually.
• Must hold Type I and II C.F.C. certification.
• Able to work with ladders and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Registered with the State of Texas Licensing and Regulations.
• Must have a valid driver license and meet insurance requirements.

• Be courteous, neat, clean, and in uniform on the job.
• Replace, repair, and maintain equipment in a professional and profitable manner.
• Ask for help if a problem cannot be found within a reasonable time.
• Input accurate information using electronic devices before leaving the job.
• Collect COD payments according to policy.
• Keep service coordinator informed of location and plans; report to manager at start/end of day.
• Maintain service truck inventory per policy; shortages are the crew's responsibility.
• Protect tools and report deficiencies to the Manager.
• Maintain vehicle organization and appearance; report mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Notify the service manager when not working; give ample notice.
• Coordinate with Residential Service Manager if beyond authority.
• Be available for after-hours emergency service as needed.
• Encourage customer enrollment in service agreements.
• Input/edit all model/serial numbers and filters for locations.
• Protect customer property to the best of your ability.
• Follow EPA and company CFC policies.
• Purchase and maintain personal hand tools and meters.
• Follow employee handbook rules.
• Perform other duties as needed by the Residential Service Manager or Dispatcher.
• Be available to work out of town with ample notice, possibly overnight.
