Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead subcontractor crews on residential HVAC projects across Texas. You will coordinate installation schedules, supervise rough-in and trim work, review invoices, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years HVAC installation experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with a valid driver's license and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC installation experience required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Beg/Intermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Overtime with little notice may be required.

Aufgaben

• Manages a group of sub-contractor craftsmen (installers and helpers).
• Walk jobs regularly and verify readiness for HVAC rough-in and trim installations.
• Coordinate installation dates with scheduling team and ensure readiness for installation.
• Check the jobs by phase to assure work is completed.
• Review subcontractor invoices and approve after work is complete per phase.
• May schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and completes paperwork for billable change orders.
• Build rapport with builder superintendents and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
