TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Wichita, KS to manage an assigned route and apply lawn care treatments to homes and businesses. The role offers paid training, potential overtime, and advancement opportunities.

You will work outdoors, engage with customers, and operate a company vehicle while delivering high-quality lawn care services. English fluency and a valid drivericense are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Residential Lawn Care Technician

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)

• Work outdoors in a fast‑paced, independent environment safely.

What To Expect

This is a physically active role that includes:

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
