TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Spokane Valley, WA. You will service residential and commercial properties, manage your route, and apply lawn care treatments, all while delivering excellent customer service in an outdoor, independent role.

The position offers paid training, state certification, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Applicants must be at least 21 with a valid license and English fluency.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)

What To Expect

This is a physically active role that includes:

• Walking an average of 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self‑motivated, customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
