TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in San Antonio, TX. You will manage an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners. Paid training, certifications, and growth opportunities are offered.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, independence, and building ongoing customer relationships within a supportive local team. Applicants must meet basic qualifications and pass a background check.

Competenze

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must speak/read/write English fluently.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.

What To Expect

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
