Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Mobile, AL to manage an assigned route and service residential and commercial properties. Paid training, weekly pay, and career growth await in a company that supports your success.

You will drive a company vehicle, apply treatments, and build relationships with customers while working outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment. English fluency and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.

What You’ll Do

• What To Expect
• This is a physically active role that includes:
• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self‑motivated, customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
