TruGreen''s Grand Haven, MI location is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service local homeowners along a defined route. You will drive a company vehicle, apply lawn care products, and use a tablet to track customer information and service notes, delivering safe, high-quality results outdoors.

No prior lawn care experience is required; paid training and company-sponsored certification help you build the skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

What To Expect

This is a physically active role that includes:

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
