Isi Design and Installation Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Interior Designer to partner with homebuyers and guide the design studio experience from concept to final selections.

You will provide space planning, finishes, and product recommendations while aligning with budgets, builder specs, and timelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
• Interior Design certification or licensure where required.
• 2–5 years of professional interior design experience; residential or design studio experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct professional consultations with homebuyers to assess preferences and design vision.
• Provide guidance on space planning, color coordination, materials, finishes, and concepts.
• Prepare and present detailed design proposals, visual boards, and cost estimates.
• Manage end-to-end design process from consultation to final selections with coordinations.
• Interpret builder guidelines and schedules; ensure approvals and lot file submissions.
• Maintain product displays and visual standards in the design studio.
• Lead browse appointments, studio orientations, and educational sessions.
• Collaborate with sales, construction, vendors, and operations for seamless experiences.
• Analyze data to identify issues and propose process improvements.
