Hope Network in Grand Rapids is seeking a Residential Instructor to support individuals in our residential programs by helping with daily living, personal care, and medications while fostering independence and community involvement.

You’ll accompany residents on outings, support transportation, and reinforce safety in a structured, caring environment. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

The Residential Instructor is a valued member of the Hope Network team, providing direct support, supervision, and person-centered care within our residential programs. Residential Instructors help individuals build daily living and independent living skills, encourage positive behaviors, and support residents in reaching their highest level of independence and community involvement.

• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
