Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Residential Instructor to provide direct support and supervision within residential programs in Grand Rapids, MI. You will help residents build daily living and independent living skills and encourage community involvement.

You will assist with ADLs and medications, support outings, and help maintain a safe, structured environment while fostering trust and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented mindset.

The Residential Instructor is a valued member of the Hope Network team, providing direct support, supervision, and person-centered care within our residential programs. Residential Instructors help individuals build daily living and independent living skills, encourage positive behaviors, and support residents in reaching their highest level of independence and community involvement.
