Hope Network is seeking a Residential Instructor to support individuals in our Michigan residential programs, helping them build daily living and independent living skills while promoting growth and greater community involvement.

You will assist with ADLs, personal care, and medications, support outings and transportation, and foster a safe, structured environment that emphasizes person-centered care and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for community outings and transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
