Job summary

Tri City Glass & Door seeks a Residential Installer to safely install or repair residential glass products at customer homes in Wisconsin. The role includes measuring, cutting, fabricating, and ensuring top-quality, leak-free installations of doors, windows, and related systems.

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided; candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 75+ lbs while following safety protocols and working both indoors and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use a tape measure.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or carry more than 75 lbs.
• Able to stand, climb, bend, push, pull and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install/repair residential products such as shower doors, mirrors, entry doors, storm doors, windows and related components.
• Review orders to ensure materials are on hand before loading the truck.
• Measure, cut and fabricate accurately to ensure leak-free installations.
• Communicate with customers and scheduling staff about job timing.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized truck.
• Attend meetings and trainings and assist with skill development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
