Position Summary: The Residential In-Home Sales Representative will be responsible for building rapport with customers and presenting options. Ensuring that the customers' expectations are met and payment has been secured. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2+ years of sales experience Proficient in PC-based computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Time and activity management skills Team player who works and communicates well with people at all levels Professional appearance Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously Ability to walk/navigate construction sites and buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs Residential load calculation experience preferred sales, commission, hvac sales, comfort advisor, home energy, lead generator, sales rep, sales job, sales position, sales career, green industry sales, green sales, product sales, energy sales, high tech sales, construction sales, motivated sales, sell
