Qualifications
- At least five years of proven HVAC field experience.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Commitment to ongoing education and certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems accurately.
- Recommend indoor air quality solutions and system upgrades to enhance performance.
- Perform prompt emergency repairs to maintain functionality.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and meet expectations.
- Collaborate with team and maintain a positive work environment.
- Learn new techniques and stay updated with industry advancements.
