Job summary

Mackey Services is seeking a Residential Service Technician to maintain, repair, and install HVAC components for residential customers in the Greater Houston area. You will diagnose systems, perform maintenance, and ensure high-quality workmanship while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work on residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose humidity, and standard/high/low voltage and communicating systems.
• Provide maintenance on single stage, 2-stage, mini-split and variable speed systems.
• Conduct quality checks to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure all work meets safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress in ServiceTitan.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
