Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification required with at least 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely manner, maintaining accurate service records.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure compliance with HVAC codes.
• Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating with residents and resolving HVAC concerns.
