You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, translating issues into clear options and guiding customers to confident decisions. You’ll also manage your work, keep accurate records, and stay in close contact with dispatch.

Qualifications

• You have 1-3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• You are an exceptional communicator with top-notch customer service skills.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical job demands.
• EPA 608 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Translate issues into clear options and guide customers to decisions.
