Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Own and provide personal HVAC service tools.
• EPA Section 608 certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration principles, airflow, and diagnostics.

• Reliable transportation and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and seasonal HVAC tune‑ups.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues.
• Perform repairs on air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini‑split systems.
• Inspect electrical components, refrigerant circuits, airflow, and overall system performance.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Communicate findings and service recommendations professionally to homeowners.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and applicable HVAC codes.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and organized work environment.
