Qualifications

• EPA Certification required or willingness to obtain immediately.
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Install and replace HVAC equipment when needed.
• Explain repair options and provide accurate estimates to homeowners.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency and maintenance.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure work meets local codes, safety standards and company policies.
