This performance-pay role offers uncapped earnings and a company vehicle. Requirements include 2+ years of residential HVAC service, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Solid diagnostic ability across a wide range of equipment and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers.
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and seasonal service visits.
• Present repair options clearly to homeowners — consultative, not high-pressure.
• Deliver a 5-star service experience that turns first-time customers into loyal clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Manage your schedule and van inventory with professionalism.
