Carolina Comfort Air is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service clients' homes and offices. The role involves diagnosing HVAC systems, ordering parts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

A year of HVAC experience and a valid driver's license are required, with in-house training and benefits after 90 days. The technician will troubleshoot electrical components, install thermostats, and document work with detailed checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of HVAC-related field experience.
• EPA certification a plus, can be acquired in-house.

Responsibilities

• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity using a meter.
• Reassemble equipment after thorough cleaning.
• Inspect and verify low voltage wire connections; repair if needed.
• Install thermostats and auxiliary components to maximize efficiency.
• Dispatch to locations on schedule and arrive as planned.
• Report problems and write a detailed estimate.
• Communicate with customers and collect COD on maintenance visits as needed.
