Qualifications
- 5+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, and boilers preferred.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- EPA certification required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate recommendations to customers.
- Present repair options or set a tech lead when appropriate.
- Offer memberships, indoor air quality products, and financing options.
- Complete accurate service tickets and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
