Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, and boilers preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate recommendations to customers.
• Present repair options or set a tech lead when appropriate.
• Offer memberships, indoor air quality products, and financing options.
• Complete accurate service tickets and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
