Mountain Air Mechanical Contractors Inc. is seeking Residential HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5K and an earning potential up to $150K+ per year, with base pay of $28-$35+ per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades.
• Provide routine maintenance services for heating and cooling systems.
• Build accurate, on-the-spot repair estimates for customers.
• Educate customers on system maintenance and recommended repairs.
• Ensure all work meets local and national HVAC codes.
• Mentor and support junior technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete service documentation and other tasks as assigned.
