Job summary

Essig Plumbing & Heating is seeking experienced residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Berks County. We offer year-round work with a high earning potential up to $120,000 per year, a high hourly wage plus commission, and no cap on earnings.

Take your truck home each night and only stop at the office once a week. We provide health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a supportive, family-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2)+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• EPA refrigerant license or desire to obtain proper certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a 50 state background check.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred.
• Willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
