Bell Mechanical Services in Texas is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician with 1–3 years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience. You will diagnose and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers in residential settings, and communicate clearly with homeowners and our dispatch team.

This full-time role requires independence in diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining tools and company vehicle.

Formación

• 1–3 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently.
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• EPA Certification required or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
• NATE Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment cleanings.
• Identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and the dispatch team.
• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for evenings and weekends.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance.
• Attend ongoing technical training sessions.
