Job summary

Beyerairconditioningheating is seeking an experienced Residential Service Technician to repair and maintain heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. You will represent the company professionally, keep vehicles and tools organized, and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school is required.
• Must have a minimum Type I and II C.F.C. certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass insurance requirements.
• Must complete a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education annually.

Responsibilities

• Repair mechanical and controls of heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Maintain work quality to company standards and represent the company professionally.
• Be courteous, neat, in uniform on the job.
• Complete repairs and maintenance professionally and profitably.
• Coordinate with supervisor and dispatcher as needed.
• Keep inventory of tools and report shortages.
• Input model/serial numbers and filters for locations.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies per schedule.
