Work With Your Handz LLC in Lititz, PA is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician. You will maintain and repair residential HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems.
• Associate degree from 2-year college or technical school preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification REQUIRED.
• OSHA, NATE certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems with strong technical skills.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and propose solutions.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, repair, or replace components (compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, ductwork).
• Interact with customers professionally and explain repair options.
• Maintain accurate service documentation (equipment status, repairs, parts, time).
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
