Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, maintain, and evaluate home HVAC systems. You will handle comfort systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners, while delivering high-quality service homeowners expect from a national leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related comfort systems.
• EPA universal & TDLR preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging work areas safely.
• Capable of lifting and carrying HVAC materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify system issues and recommend heating and air conditioning solutions.
• Ensure all HVAC service work meets company standards and local code requirements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and recommended repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service while completing HVAC service and repair work.
