Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems. This full-time role offers substantial earnings potential and a path to advance within a national leader in home comfort services.

You will perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and system diagnostics, communicating clearly with homeowners about performance and recommended repairs while upholding safety and local code requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems.
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify issues and recommend heating and cooling solutions.
• Ensure all HVAC work meets company standards and local code.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service while completing HVAC service and repair work.
