Job summary

AllTech Services, Inc. is a Northern Virginia family-owned HVAC provider seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize residential systems while delivering exceptional service in every home.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, clearly explain findings to homeowners, and provide recommendations to improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability, upholding our standard of professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience and strong diagnostic skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Experience with heat pumps, air handlers, and residential systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional service in every home.

You’ll:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems accurately and efficiently

• Provide recommendations that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability

What You Bring
