Job Summary :

We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential homes. If you’re passionate about your craft and enjoy helping customers stay comfortable year-round, this is the job for you. This position involves no high-pressure sales; our focus is always the customer’s needs and providing exceptional service above all else.

What You’ll Do :

Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)

Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs efficiently and accurately

Conduct routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups

Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and recommendations

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures

Keep work vehicle and job sites clean and organized

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred

Great customer service and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work independently and stay on schedule

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces

Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch
