As a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll help homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems running efficiently through routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative care.
This is a great opportunity for someone with basic HVAC experience or technical training who wants to develop their skills, gain hands‑on experience, and grow into a successful HVAC career.
You'll work directly with residential customers, receive ongoing training, and have the support of an experienced team behind you.
Perform routine maintenance and tune‑ups on residential HVAC systems.
Complete filter changes, coil cleanings, and system performance checks.
Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential maintenance or repair needs.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
Deliver friendly, professional, 5‑star customer service.
Accurately document maintenance visits and completed work.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians.
Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
Participate in ongoing technical training to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills.
Some HVAC experience or HVAC trade school training required. Entry‑level candidates with a basic HVAC foundation are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems.
EPA certification preferred, but not required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technical skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented.
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with residential HVAC maintenance.
Willingness to participate in continued training and professional development.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record required.
Ability to reliably report to our Fort Walton Beach, FL location.
Availability to work full‑time, Monday–Friday, typically 8 AM–5 PM.
Because this position involves operating a company vehicle, applicants must possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.

At least three years of U.S. driving experience.
No major violations within the past three years, including DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions.
No pattern of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents.
