Blue Valley Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving Englewood and Longmont, CO. With 30+ years of service to Denver and Boulder, we offer uncapped earning potential and strong customer relationships.

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and educate homeowners on options. We provide tools, training, and support to maximize earning potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing residential HVAC systems and components.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Boiler experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

About the Role

Blue Valley Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving the Englewood and Longmont, CO areas. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience servicing residential HVAC systems, components, and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Boiler experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Working Conditions

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.Work may include indoor and outdoor environments throughout the year.

The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100,000-$150,000/year. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
