Pay Range: $85,000 to $100,000 total annual compensation (base pay plus incentives, where Top Performers can earn SIX FIGURES!!)

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Educate customers on their HVAC systems and recommend solutions
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on the job

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC parts/equipment with a high level of efficiency
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to build rapport with existing and new customers
• A positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• MD Journeyman License & NATE certifications are a plus, or willingness to get
