Job summary

Patriot Air in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating systems. This full-time role offers $30-$40 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision, and opportunities for advancement in a growing, family-operated company.

You must have 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification preferred, valid driver's license, and strong communication and customer

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Deliver accurate, high-quality service with strong attention to detail
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians as needed

8 am - 5 pm | Monday through Friday | Occasional Overtime
