Job summary

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services of DE, LLC. is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will work with gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, geothermal systems, and water heaters, using diagnostic tools and maintaining thorough service records. Applicants should have a CFC certification, a valid driver's license, and be willing to pursue Journeyman licensing; McCrea

Qualifications

CFC certification is required.
Valid driver’s license is required.
State Journeyman license is a plus; McCrea supports licensing.
Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, repair and troubleshooting.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning.
Use diagnostic tools and meters to identify issues and determine repairs.
Safely handle refrigerants, gas, electrical systems, and related materials.
Communicate conditions and options clearly to customers with professional service.
Maintain accurate service records and keep tools and vehicles in good condition.
