Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Type II certification required.
• Strong customer-facing communication and professional appearance.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle fluctuating temperatures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues in residential systems and deliver repairs.
• Explain maintenance and upgrade options to homeowners.
• Perform system checks: refrigerant, electrical, airflow, and energy-efficiency upgrades.
