ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Medina to diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair home heating and cooling systems. You will evaluate IAQ solutions and perform system diagnostics for homeowners.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, pay from $30 to $45 per hour, and full-time year-round work with benefits including insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, a take-home service vehicle with gas

Qualificações

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and recommend Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC).
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls and preventive maintenance.
• Identify system issues and propose heating/air conditioning solutions.
• Ensure work meets company standards and local codes.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service during HVAC work.
