ARS-Rescue Rooter in Elyria, OH is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. The role offers full-time, year-round work with a competitive pay rate of $30–$45 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics and airflow management.
• Ability to present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces, lifting heavy equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, airflow testing, refrigerant charging, and system evaluations.
• Evaluate and recommend Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions such as air filtration and humidity control.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Explain system conditions and options clearly to homeowners.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every service call.
