Job summary
Blue Collar Services in the Minneapolis area is seeking three full-time Residential HVAC Service Technicians who deliver thorough diagnostics, service, and repairs for home heating and cooling systems.
You will educate homeowners on system conditions, present repair or replacement options, and participate in ongoing technical training and sales coaching to maximize earning potential while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated residential HVAC experience is required.
- Active EPA Certification is a strict requirement.
- NATE Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Boilers is a strong plus.
- Active Comp cards are a plus.
- Coachable attitude with a strong focus on team culture and sales growth.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems.
- Educate homeowners on the condition of their HVAC systems and confidently present repair or replacement options.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call, building trust and loyalty.
- Participate actively in ongoing technical training and sales coaching to maximize your earning potential.
- Maintain an organized work environment and submit accurate job documentation.
