Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring skilled Residential HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain home HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners, perform service calls and preventative maintenance, and communicate clearly with homeowners about recommended repairs.

We offer performance-based pay with earning potential from 65k to 120k per year, full-time year-round work, and benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and a take-home service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience required.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners).
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify system issues and recommend heating and cooling solutions.
• Ensure all HVAC work meets company standards and local code requirements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service while completing HVAC service and repair work.
