ARS is hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. This full-time, year-round position is dispatched from home and offers strong earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units.
• Perform repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify issues and recommend heating and cooling solutions.
• Ensure work meets company standards and local codes.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service during service and repair work.
