Job summary
Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical in Collierville, TN is hiring Residential HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- EPA Certification
- Valid and insurable driver's license
- Clean background check
- Drug-free workplace
- Must provide required hand tools
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Provide repair and replacement options
- Create estimates and proposals
- Recommend maintenance agreements and system upgrades when appropriate
- Participate in team meetings and training
- Meet performance and customer service goals
- Work collaboratively with dispatchers, managers, and teammates
